Gertrude’s Gifts started in 1999. Name after my basset Hound. Started out making home made natural Dog snacks. Sadly, Gertrude was eating the snack faster then I could make them.

The year 2000, Went to the Washington DC Doll and Teddy Bear expo that is when I found polymer clay was hooked.     

Have been so fortunate and blessed to be able Meet so many Wonderful Doll artists, Clay Artists and Teachers this is such a beautiful art to learn. There are many Artists I’ve met Some Pros and some are New all are the same ready to meet you and some are even eager to help with sculpting tips.
