I have received some very firm bars of Prosculpt Beige (Flesh) polymer clay There are some dry spot also. I did write Jack about my concerns on the clay here is some of his reply:
The solution to this problem now is to sell the clay along with a (soft) bar. The two bars can be mixed together and save both bars. If you sell then firm clay to the consumer at a discounted price and the soft clay at regular price everyone will come out okay. The softer bar has enough oil in it to revive the firm ones. It will just take more time to knead it.
